League settings and rules will be available for each league in the Lobby prior to joining. Overview and Prizes will provide you with the basic settings for the league, and you can select View All Rules to dig into all the rules for the league. Once in the league, hit the drop-down arrow next to your league name to find the specific rules for your league.
