Self Exclusion
In compliance with certain US state law, if you wish to disable or permanently deactivate (close) your account for any reason, you may submit your request using the section below. Go to the My Profile page in order to do so. By requesting to deactivate your account, the following steps will be taken:
- Access to your account will be removed for the length of time which you specify.
- Any league entries eligible for refund will be removed and refunded.
- You may request to withdraw any remaining funds from your account.
You may opt to close your account permanently, or for time periods of 3-months, 6-months, 9-months, or a year. To have it re-opened after that timeframe has lapsed, you may reach out to our customer service team.
