Reset Password
There are a few ways you can update your password on file.
- 1. If logged into your Guillotine Leagues account, you can update your password from the My Account page. Just enter your current password and the new password in the fields provided to make the change!
- 2. Forgot your password? Visit here and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to create your new password.
- A note about spam filters: If you don't get an email from us within a few minutes please be sure to check your spam filter. The email will be coming from noreply@guillotineleagues.com. Do not reply to this email if you need additional assistance, please contact our customer support team.
If you've reset your password and are still running into issues accessing your account, please try the following:
- Restart your browser or app: This can refresh your device or the app and fix temporary glitches. Trying other browsers to see if it is a browser settings issue can be helpful.
- Restart your network connections: Disconnect and re-connect the Wi-Fi on your device. If mobile data or ethernet connection is available, try connecting to those as well.
- Reinstall the app: Delete the app from your phone and reinstall it to ensure you're using the latest version.
