We know that the process can be difficult sometimes and we don't want you locked out of our leagues. If you've hit your maximum number of verification attempts and need them reset, please contact our customer support team at support@fantasylife.com.
To avoid failing verification, please make sure of the following:
- All information on your account matches public records. We utilize a third-party verification system to confirm that all your information is legitimate.
- You may need to try different versions of your name to verify or authenticate. For example, if you are entering "Tim," then try entering "Timothy."
- You can also try changing how you enter your address. Try entering "Street" instead of "st." or "Court" instead of "ct." It's a small change but record systems may use different methods.
- Allow our site access to your device's location. This is necessary for us to confirm that you are in a location that is eligible to enter our contests.
- Please ensure any location-altering software is removed from your device.
If you have reviewed all your account information and are confident it is accurate, and have no location-tracking issues, you can contact our customer support team for assistance. We may request documentation such as a state-issued ID and a recent proof of address in order to manually verify your account.
