In public leagues, waiver claims are processed three times a week. Here is a breakdown of the 2025 waiver processing schedule:
Preseason (prior to Week 1) Blind Bidding: There will be three preseason blind bidding periods (that follow the same cadence of the regular season) which are Wednesday, September 3 at 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, September 4 at 3:00 PM ET, and Sunday September 7 at 11:00 AM ET.
In-Season Blind Bidding Periods: After Week 1 results are finalized, Week 2 begins. There are three weekly blind bidding periods, running from Week 2 through Week 18 of the NFL regular season. The weekly blind bidding deadlines are every Wednesday and Thursday at 3:00 PM ET. The third and final weekly bidding deadline is 11:00 AM ET on Sunday.
Week 13 Bidding Periods: During Week 13 (Thanksgiving games), blind bidding deadlines will run on Wednesday at 3:00 PM ET, Friday at 12:00 PM ET, and Sunday at 11:00 AM ET.
If there is an international game taking place during the Sunday bidding period, players from both teams are ineligible to be added or dropped during that bidding period. The same rules would apply to Friday games in Week 1 and Week 13, and Saturday games in Weeks 16-18, making players from teams playing in these games ineligible to be added or dropped for the next blind bidding period (11 AM ET Sunday).
Adjust Priority
The order of priority on claims is adjustable as well. If a league member creates three separate $0 claims on three different running backs, those will need to be prioritized in the order the league member hopes they will run. Otherwise, they will be prioritized in the order in which they were created.
Processing the claims
If any roster requirements, or other rules, mark your bid as invalid, it will be an unsuccessful bid even if it was the highest $ amount. When the claim deadline arrives, it will take some time for all leagues to process their claims before they reflect within the league. This process should be rather quick and not take longer than 60 minutes. If your league's waivers have not been processed over an hour after the deadline, please contact customer service and we will look into it for you!
