Guilloteenies are a smaller version of our traditional leagues, typically containing nine league members, and can be played with either the Final Four or Last Man Standing playoff formats.
Final Four Playoff format: For the last 3 weeks of your league's season (for example: starting in Week 6 for leagues with 9 teams and an 8-week season), the remaining four teams are in the playoffs and are not chopped weekly. They set their lineup each week, and the team with the most cumulative points across the three weeks wins!
Last Man Standing format: The Guillotine chops the lowest-scoring team each week until there's only one team left standing.
Guilloteenies are best for users who want shorter seasons in their leagues. The major difference between Guilloteenies and our traditional leagues is that there are NO BENCH SPOTS in the Guilloteenies.
In a Guilloteenie, users will draft eight players to fit the typical starting spots:
| Quarterback | 1 |
| Running Back | 2 |
| Wide Receiver | 2 |
| Tight End | 1 |
| FLEX (RB/WR/TE) | 2 |
Without a bench, users will need to make sure they are rostering the minimum at each position when making waiver claims. Waivers that break the positional rules will automatically be declined.
