Our regular season Guillotine Leagues will be offered weekly. They vary in chop speed, draft pick clock speed, and league size. In our traditional leagues, the lowest-scoring team each week is eliminated and all their players are put back into free agency for the rest of the league to bid on. You can find full contest rules here.
There are two playoff formats to choose from: Final Four Playoff and Last Man Standing.
Final Four Playoff format: For the last 3 weeks of your league's season (for example: starting in Week 15 for leagues with 18 teams and a 17-week season), the remaining four teams are in the playoffs and are not chopped weekly. They set their lineup each week, and the team with the most cumulative points across the three weeks wins!
Last Man Standing format: The Guillotine chops the lowest-scoring team each week until there's only one team left standing.
These leagues can come in a variety of sizes and have various final weeks. Some contests may wrap up after Week 17, while others finish earlier in the season. You can find this information in the Contest Lobby next to the designated league. If you select a league, you'll find a more extensive breakdown under Overview & Prizes.
